An oil painter by craft, a multidisciplinary designer by profession, and a curious global citizen by nature, I am fueled by the desire to tell stories that need to be heard.
With a B.A. in Public Policy and Fine Arts from Hamilton College, I bridge my passions for global affairs and design through work with IGOs and social good clients. My interest in technology policy has led to me the UN specialized agency for ICTs, the ITU, where I work in a hybrid role between the office of the Secretary General and the Broadband Commission.
I am the design “team of one” for the Broadband Commission, a joint ITU/UNESCO initiative that brings together top CEOs, government, and IGO leaders around a shared goal of reaching universal connectivity. Here, I lead all aspects of visual communications and project management, and work across web, print, and motion. Currently, I am also in charge of all AI related work streams, including organizing events at AI for Good and the UN STI Forum, and creating supporting social campaigns.
Additionally, I bring to the table experience managing multistakeholder projects, having worked with a number of UN agencies like ITU, UNESCO, and UN-OHRLLS, as well as private sector partners like Vodafone, Nokia, and Huawei. Overall, I find that I’m happiest in team environments, coming together to reimagine processes and create multidimensional concepts that merge the artistic and strategic.

Whether it be painting a birthday present, hosting a DIY craft circle, or teaching kiddos in my neighborhood how to paint (I’ve been doing this since 7th grade!), I find art is most fulfilling when its shared with others.
Shoutout to my teacher Salwa for putting up with my, at times, incomprehensible rants twice a week. But what kind of Spanish student are you if you don’t practice your chisme?
I come from a long line of botanists and though its sad to see my summer florals take their last breaths, I’m excited to decorate my Brooklyn balcony with Mums, pumpkins, and not-very-spooky decorations.
As a first-generation American, I’m incredibly proud of my Ukrainian-Jewish and Russian heritage and immigrant background. Speaking to relatives near and far about our family history has given me perspective like no other.
I can’t express enough how much Notion has changed my life. With all my million-dollar ideas, personal thoughts, and design inspiration so neatly organized in one place, I feel smarter, more creative, unstoppable.

I just finished Beartown and thought I’d switch it up with an old favorite worth a re-read: The New York Nobody Knows, by William B. Helmreich.
Design is a collaborative process, so a hearty thank you to all my teammates, coworkers and friends who influenced, participated or helped in creating these projects.
